Regularize access LTZ
The new Parking Regulation Plan of the City of Parma has been approved by the City Council, introducing some important updates.
One of the new measures is the “late access regularization” (in Italian "Ravvedimento Operoso") option, which allows those who enter the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) without authorization to avoid paying the usual fine.
This late access regularization (called RO/Z) can be purchased online through the reserved area on the Infomobility website (under “ZTL permits”) or via the Tap&Park app (under “ZTL”) until 23:59 on the day after the unauthorized entry.
Sharing mobility in Parma
Since early November, a new experimental integrated shared micromobility service has been active in Parma, offering users access to more than 1,000 vehicles, including standard bicycles, pedal-assist bikes, and electric scooters.

Car Sharing
The new 100% electric free-flow car sharing service Corrente arrives in Parma from mid-October with an initial fleet of 20 Volvo EX30 model vehicles, which allows you to also finish the ride in other cities in the Emilia-Romagna region.
Green Area, a space to live
From 1 May 2022 the Green Area will be born in Parma: a territorial area within the ring road where it will be made continuous, throughout the year, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30, excluding holidays , the PAIR Regional Ordinance which, since October 2021, regulates the access in this particular area to the most polluting vehicles. Well-being of people living in the city, quality of the air we breathe and enjoyment of urban environments: Green Area, a space to be lived.

È iniziato il rinnovo permessi per l'anno 2026 e un’ordinanza comunale ha prorogato alcune tipologie di permesso al 31/01/2026.
Car Sharing. I dati del 2025 confermano il gradimento a Parma

E' stato un anno positivo a Parma per il car sharing, grazie a 77 mezzi e due operatori attivi. Il 64% dei mezzi sono veicoli green, ossia ibridi/plugin/elettrici.
Rinnovo permessi di transito e sosta per l’anno 2026. Proroga a fine gennaio per alcune categorie di utenti.
