How to usethe service?

You can pay by cash, debit card or credit card at the Cicletteria, next to the railway station, or by credit card from the website www.mimuovoinbici.it or for the purchase of day tickets through the Bicincittà APP.

Just request it during the registration and it will be sent by e-mail the following days.

By registering at the Infomobility front office, you will immediately receive your card. It takes about a week if you register online (it depends on the postal delivery times). If you already have a Mi Muovo card (ex. Bus subscription) you can upload the bike sharing subscription online with immediate activation.

Of course, once the Bike Sharing Mi Muovo card is received, the service will be immediately active.

On the Bicincittà App, which can be downloaded for free on your smartphone or tablet, you can LOGIN, (using the username and password that were assigned to you at the time of registration), to unhook the bike, to know in real time the number of bikes available at each station, the nearest Bike Sharing station, when the subscription expires, the remaining credit etc.

Download the APP

The Bicincittà App is free and allows you to pick up bicycles directly with a mobile device (smartphone or tablet). Tourists and occasional users can use the service by purchasing a day ticket. Even users who have an annual subscription can use the App by logging in. Furthermore, through the App, it is possible to know which is the closest Bike Sharing station, to know the number of bikes or the stalls available.

To use the Parma Bike Sharing bicycles you can choose between the annual subscription, which can be loaded on the Mi Muovo card, which lasts 365 days from the date of subscription, or buy a daily ticket, which cost € 5.00 and is valid for 4 hours, directly with a smartphone or tablet after downloading the free Bicincittà App

The bicycles can be collected at the stations, by passing the card next to the column or clicking on "unhook the bike" on your smartphone. This will activate the release system that will allow you to use the bicycle.

You can also return the bicycle in another location than the one of the collection point and approaching the column and repositioning it in the locking device, you don’t need anymore to use your card or your smartphone. To avoid problems, always follow this procedure: 1) check that the stall LED is green (if it was red it means that the stall is out of order) 2) lift the handlebar and insert the pin, under the bike basket, in the appropriate hole 3) check the bike is locked.

How does it workthe serviceBike sharing?

You can use the bicycle for a maximum of 24 hours. The first half hour is always free if you have an annual subscription, then every half hour, up to the third hour, it costs 80 cents and beyond the third hour, up to the 24th hour, it costs € 2. If you return the bicycle after 24 hours, you will be sanctioned with a penalty of € 20. If you have purchased a day ticket on the Bicincittà APP you can use the bicycles several times for a total of 4 hours a day.

No, you can only take one bike at a time. To be able to pick up several bicycles at the same time, it is necessary to activate several subscriptions.

If at the end of use there are no free stalls to return your bike or the columns are not working, you must call Infomobility offices during the opening hours. If the offices are closed, you will have to park the bicycle in a safe place, tied with a padlock near the Bike Sharing station and notify it to the Infomobility offices as soon as possible. It is always possible to check the availability of the columns in real time on the website www.mimuovoinbici.it and on the Bicincittà app

If you exceed the term of 24 hours of use, the card will be automatically blocked and you will have to reactivate at the Infomobility offices. The return of the bicycle after this deadline is sanctioned with the application of a fixed penalty of € 20.00 to be paid to Infomobility.

The service is active365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

It may not yet have been 10 minutes since the last return and therefore the system has not yet registered the last release. Or it could be that the last bike you returned was not properly locked and therefore the system did not register the return. In any case, we recommend you contact the Cicletteria for the clarifications.

No, the bicycle is not equipped with a lock because when it is not used it should be returned to the appropriate location, to be available for other users. However, if it is left parked outside the specific stalls, even for a short period, the use of a padlock is always recommended
