How does it work

To use the e-scooters, you need to download the Ridemovi app, register for the service, and unlock the vehicle for use. Through the app, you can get real-time information on the vehicles closest to you, as well as the areas and routes where circulation and parking are allowed in the city of Parma. The operational area includes almost the entire territory within the Parma ring roads and is clearly visible in the app.

In the city center, you must park in designated areas to avoid a penalty, while in the rest of the area the system works in free flow, meaning you can pick up the vehicle where it is and end the rental in any place permitted by the highway code without obstructing the circulation of other road users. In the area where free flow is permitted, there are however several recommended parking areas that allow you to receive a financial incentive of 0.30 € on the next use.
